Our thermoformed trays are of high quality thanks to the use of the die cutter Bobst, one of the best machines on the market, which ensures precision and speed of execution especially for the production of large quantities.
For retail exposure of the product, Intercosmografica also proposes transparent packs such as blisters and clamshell, which allow the packaging of small objects and their total
protection from the external environment and by shocks . These containers, also
removable, are characterized by two surfaces heat-sealed to each other, a plastic "valve"
(the lid) and a base in a deformable special material, such as cardboard or aluminum.
We offer our customers a number of molds for thermoforming models already in our
archives or otherwise blister designs fully customized and personalized: the different lines dedicated to packaging allow us to meet all needs, from small quantities to larger stocks.
